MISSION
UKT is dedicated to
providing high-quality, accessible education in agriculture, fisheries,
education, rural development, and business entrepreneurship. Through academic
achievement, research, and community engagement, we aim to empower individuals,
support regional growth, and advance Cambodia's socioeconomic progress.
GOALS
•
To develop the university
infrastructure to become a fully operational facility, an institution for
research, and involve both learners and instructors.
•
To encourage teaching
staff and mid-level administrative staff to obtain at least a master's degree
and become proficient in English and IT.
• To motivate all staff and
lecturers of the University to work responsibly, honestly, professionally, and
to live with dignity.

To promote the exchange
of lecturers and students with local university, ASEAN member universities, and
also offers various services to development partners and private enterprises.

To provide basic IT
services such as: free using of E-mail and Internet for staff, lecturers, and
students.
•
To be the focal of
electronic resource and printing materials that is up-to-date for education and
research serving the communities.

To ensure safety and
comfort for teaching and learning environment.
•
To become a leading
center in the field of research, science, publications and community service
aimed at contributing to social and economic development of the country.
